Tenant Placement
At Chae's Rentals, we work with Insurance Companies / Temporary Housing Providers such as ALE Solutions, United Housing Corporation, National General, etc. We provide individuals and families fully furnished housing with utilities included when they are displaced, relocated, or having repairs completed.
Different lease rates may apply for 3, 6, 9, or 12 month stays, please reach out for more information.

At Chae's Rentals, we understand that your pets are family. We allow up to two dogs (non-aggressive breeds) per property.
Easy Rental Payments
Baselane Website Interface
At Chae's Rentals, we provide an easy to navigate website through Baselane so that ACH payments are done easily and quickly. Invoices are sent directly to your email for convenience.
If working with your Insurance company, we will bill them directly.
